Dr. Jacqueline Jones McKinney is a highly trained licensed Psychologist with specializations in psychological testing, psychological trauma, marriage and family interventions, individual treatment, and geriatrics psychology. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri and completed her residency in Clinical Psychology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in the United States Air Force.
She is a skilled clinical provider who has additional education and training in EMDR and medical psychology. Dr. McKinney is an active member in the American Psychological Association and Division 55 Society for Prescribing Psychology. Dr. McKinney is the Program Director for the Psychology Department at One Behavioral. She leads a multidisciplinary team with various specializations. Her special interests include developing and implementing programs that will improve patient care.
Dr. McKinney is a strong advocate for all of her patients by providing the patient with psychoeducation, intensive psychological evaluations, and evidence based treatments. Dr. McKinney has the clinical training and education to treat a wide array of mental health disorders. Dr. McKinney is passionate about the process of change and is actively engaged in assisting patients to reach their optimal success in treatment. Dr. McKinney believes that every patient deserves her very best by providing them with the excellent clinical care that can assist them in obtaining a positive outcome.
