Dr. Lauren Wilson, is a board-certified and knowledgeable M.D. psychiatrist at One Behavioral Health. She received her MD at The University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS, and completed her residency training in general adult psychiatry at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA.
She is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Wilson is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Texas Board of Psychiatric Physicians. At One Behavioral, Dr. Wilson leads the River Oaks team. Her special interests include education and quality improvement.
Dr. Wilson emphasizes extensive evaluations and extended psychoeducation with her patients in her psychiatric practice. She is experienced in dealing with a variety of mental health concerns in people aged 18 and up. Dr. Wilson has been complimented most for her kind and genuine personality and her extensive knowledge of the field.
